We offer travel insurance through CSA VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE , which will protect your vacation investment against an illness or injury to you, a traveling companion or family member, Hurricanes & natural disasters, a job termination, and 20+ additional covered reasons.

In the event of a cancellation by a tenant who has not purchased traveler’s insurance our policy states payments will be refunded ONLY when the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner. 12% of total rent shall be deducted by the Agent as a fee for re-rental services.
